Description of obverse and reverse

The obverse: the National Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation, the semicircular inscription "РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ" (RUSSIAN FEDERATION), framed on both sides by doubled rhombuses, the inscription "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA), the denomination, the year of issue and technical parameters of the coin.

The reverse: the relief image of a boy and a puppy, with sun rays in the background, above along the rim the inscription "ДАРИ ДОБРО ДЕТЯМ" (GIVE GOOD TO CHILDREN).
